Over the years, t-shirts have become the favored medium for a majority of my letting designs due in part to my natural tendency to give my designs a bit of a music flare. My teenage years were spent saving for and collecting band shirts, and I’ve always considered my passion for creating personal work to be akin to forming my own garage band; each new piece is a new track in my discography. So, it goes without saying that I was totally floored to be asked to create some original designs for MPLS-based Rhymesayers Records and the hip-hop duo Atmosphere, who have been a foundational fixture in the Midwest rap scene for nearly three decades. These designs were sold in conjunction with the release of Atmosphere’s 2016 album “Fishing Blues.”
